Growing up, Patrick was immersed in the world of residential construction and real estate, thanks to his father, a home builder, and mother, a realtor – both with over 40 years of experience, so he naturally developed a strong interest in the field of home inspections. After earning degrees in engineering and business from Drexel University, he dedicated ten years to working as a residential builder. 

Transitioning to home inspections has allowed him to further expand his understanding of houses. He enjoys delving deep into the intricacies of houses and sharing his knowledge with homeowners. He is inspired to help homeowners by showing them how to enhance and care for their homes and understand how their properties work. 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and going to the beach or mountains as much as he can.
