Typically, the interior of a condominium or townhome is completely the owner’s responsibility, not the association. An inspection can help protect you from unwanted liabilities. Although the structure, exterior, and certain systems may not be your responsibility – we still evaluate everything we have access to in the same way we would for any other inspection. This helps identify potential future association fees for necessary repairs, keeping you informed and prepared.
